MagniSort? Mouse CD49b Positive Selection Kit 設計用于通過陽性選擇實現(xiàn) CD49b+ 細胞的磁性分離。它經過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD49b 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從小鼠脾臟或者淋巴結中分離 CD49b+ 細胞。CD49b+ 細胞會與抗體結合，隨后結合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標細胞可通過傾析從 CD49b+ 細胞中分離出來。

陽性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 CD49b（整合素 α 2）克隆 DX5 和抗小鼠 NK1.1 克隆 PK136 染色來驗證所選細胞的純度。對于不表達 NK1.1 抗原的小鼠品系（如 BALB/c、SJL、AKR、CBA C3H），可使用抗小鼠 CD335（NKp46，克隆號 29A1.4）。
