MagniSort? 人 CD117 (c-Kit) Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過(guò)陽(yáng)性選擇實(shí)現(xiàn) CD117+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化，可從正常人外周血細(xì)胞中分離 CD117+ 細(xì)胞。CD117+ 細(xì)胞會(huì)與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁場(chǎng)中，非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞可通過(guò)傾析從 CD117+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來(lái)。

進(jìn)行陽(yáng)性選擇后，可利用抗人 CD117 抗體（克隆號(hào) YB5.B8）和抗人 CD34 抗體（克隆號(hào) 4H11）染色來(lái)驗(yàn)證所選細(xì)胞的純度。
